Some dreams wait patiently. Ours didn’t want to wait any longer.
For more than twenty years each, Anu and Shardha built their careers in corporate India — one in the world of banking, the other in People and Culture. Long days, big responsibilities, and through all of it, a shared love for the Indian suit: the outfit that carries a woman from a Monday meeting to a Saturday mehendi without missing a beat.
KayaKriti is the dream they finally said yes to. A label where every suit is chosen with the care of someone who has worn it, needed it and loved it — and where every customer is treated the way they always wanted to be treated themselves.

Founder · 20+ years in banking
Anu
Anu spent more than two decades in banking — with global names like Citibank and Standard Chartered, and with India’s leading banks including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and Axis Bank. Banking taught her that trust is built in the details: a clear price, a promise kept, a question answered on time.
Through every one of those years she carried a dream of her own — a label of beautiful suits that women could buy with complete confidence. KayaKriti is that dream, and she brings the same passion and precision to it that she brought to every desk she ever sat at.

Shardha
Shardha has spent more than twenty years in People and Culture, helping leading organisations build workplaces where people feel valued, supported and able to do their best. Her work has always been about understanding people, listening first and creating a culture where everyone belongs — and she knows how much confidence matters when you walk into a big meeting or a family celebration.
At KayaKriti she brings that same care to every customer and every piece: suits that fit real bodies, a size guide that actually helps, and real people on WhatsApp who listen before they answer.
